1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the rules for ordering and purchasing products from PPHU Plexi System s.c., located at ul. Ks. Dr. Leona Heyke 11, 84-206 Nowy Dwór Wejherowski, Poland, VAT ID: PL5882396272.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms of Service.
2. Definitions
- Seller: PPHU Plexi System s.c.
- Customer: Business entity placing an order
- Product: Custom-made acrylic/plastic item
- Order: Customer's request for product manufacturing
3. Orders
3.1 Order Placement
- Orders can be placed via email, phone, or contact form
- Each order requires technical specification (dimensions, material, quantity)
- Customer should provide technical drawings or reference photos
3.2 Quotation
- Quotes are provided within 24 hours (business days)
- Quote validity: 14 days from issue date
- Quote includes materials, processing, and standard packaging
- Delivery costs quoted separately
3.3 Order Confirmation
- Order is binding upon written confirmation by email
- Production starts after order confirmation and advance payment (if required)
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices
- All prices are NET (excluding VAT)
- VAT (23%) added according to Polish law
- Prices in PLN, EUR conversion available
4.2 Payment Terms
- New customers: 100% advance payment
- Regular customers: 50% advance, 50% before delivery
- Established partners: payment terms up to 30 days
4.3 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (international orders)
5. Production and Delivery
5.1 Production Time
- Prototypes: 1-5 business days
- Standard orders: 5-15 business days
- Large series: according to individual agreement
5.2 Delivery
- Delivery by courier (DPD, DHL, GLS)
- Own transport for large/fragile items
- Customer pickup available
- Delivery in Poland and EU
5.3 Delivery Costs
- Calculated based on dimensions, weight, and destination
- Provided in quote
6. Quality and Tolerances
6.1 Manufacturing Tolerances
- CNC routing: ±0.1mm
- Laser cutting: ±0.1mm
- Bending: ±1°
- Dimensions over 1000mm: ±0.2mm
6.2 Material Properties
Material specifications according to manufacturer datasheets. Minor variations in color, transparency within manufacturer tolerance are acceptable.
7. Complaints and Returns
7.1 Inspection
- Customer should inspect goods upon delivery
- Visible damage must be reported immediately to carrier
- Hidden defects: report within 7 days of delivery
7.2 Complaint Process
- Submit complaint via email with photos and description
- Response within 14 business days
- Resolution: repair, replacement, or refund
7.3 Exclusions
Complaints not accepted for:
- Defects caused by improper use or installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Products matching provided specifications
8. Intellectual Property
- Customer retains rights to their designs
- PlexiSystem retains rights to manufacturing methods
- Confidentiality of customer projects guaranteed
9. Liability
- Seller liability limited to order value
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Force majeure excludes liability
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for Seller's registered office.
